Step 1: Prepare the Basic Requirements

Suitable Device:
- A computer (Windows/Mac) or a mobile device (smartphone or tablet running iOS/Android).
- Ensure the device is connected to the internet and that the battery is fully charged or the device is plugged in.

Internet Connection:
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection; it is preferable to use a Wi-Fi connection or a wired internet cable.

- Ensure you have downloaded and installed the Zoom application on your device.

Step 2: Obtain Session Details Before the session, you will receive session details via email or through the training platform. These details include:
- Session Link: Usually a link you can click to join directly.
- Meeting ID: A unique number consisting of 9 to 11 digits.
- Password: If the session is password-protected, you will need to enter it upon joining.
Step 3: Join the Session Using the Link

Open the Link:
- Open the email or message containing the session link.
- Click on the link (Zoom will start automatically if installed on your device).

- If Zoom does not start automatically, you can open the application manually and then click "Join" on the main screen.
- Enter the Meeting ID if the session does not open automatically after clicking the link.
